If you are a high school student, age 16 to 19, and interested in a unique summer learning opportunity, we welcome you to join our T.E.A.M.

T.E.A.M. (Training, Educating, And Mentoring) Future Bankers is a joint project between the Pohlad Family Foundation and the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota (ICBM).

The T.E.A.M. Future Bankers program offers community banking internships for students who meet the above criteria.
